Sunday April 26, 2026 3:30pm - 5:00pm MST
This guided class begins with self-applied tuning fork vibration to open subtle channels and heighten energetic awareness. Participants learn how to use sound as an internal compass, feeling vibration travel through bone and fascia while attuning their own energy field. This gentle yet powerful practice prepares the nervous system to receive the benefits of movement and breath with greater clarity and receptivity.

We then transition into an alignment-based Metaphysical Hatha Yoga® flow, combining mindful breathwork with precise, subtle cueing. Each posture is approached as a doorway into energetic balance — steady, grounded, and accessible while still intelligently challenging the body. The sequence builds awareness from the inside out, supporting students in cultivating both stability and fluidity.

The experience closes with a Yoga Nidra integration, offering deep rest and a full nervous system reset. This class is best suited for intermediate practitioners and students seeking energetic alignment through subtle yet informed cueing techniques as a catalyst for inner harmony and self-connection.
