2026 Sedona Yoga Festival

Hi there - I'm Erin. I love yoga so much, I have made it my life. I teach classes, workshops, retreats and trainings in Colorado and Tamarindo/Nosara Costa Rica. More than I love teaching, I love learning, and want to soak up all that is offered and to be in community with other yoga lovers like myself. I am a new empty nester and am enjoying traveling around the country with my husband and dog, in our r.v.! We are filming yoga all over the country and enjoying our natural wonders.
