Nicole Tierre is a seasoned yoga instructor and Ayurvedic practitioner with over two decades of dedicated study and practice. Her path into this work began through her own healing journey, navigating autoimmune challenges from a young age—an experience that continues to inform her compassionate, grounded approach to guiding others back to balance.
Her exploration of movement and breath deepened while living in Santa Barbara, where she discovered yoga as a powerful tool for reconnecting with her body and finding relief from asthma through breathwork and meditation. This experience sparked a lifelong commitment to the practice, leading her to complete her yoga teacher training in Chicago and continue studying with master teachers around the world.
Over the years, Nicole has woven together the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda, integrating mindful movement, breath, meditation, and lifestyle practices to support sustainable, embodied well-being. Her teaching emphasizes awareness, simplicity, and connection—helping students tune into their bodies, their breath, and the natural rhythms that surround them.
Based in Sedona, Nicole guides others through classes, retreats, and immersive experiences on the land, inviting a deeper connection to both self and nature. Whether through slow, intentional movement or grounding breath practices, she creates space for participants to feel rooted, resilient, and at home within themselves.
