About me
Nick Venuti is an Exercise Physiologist, yoga teacher, and founder of The Healthy Yinzer, a wellness platform blending functional strength, yoga, Pilates, mindset coaching, and nutrition into accessible solutions for rebuilding health. But before coaching clients worldwide or teaching free yoga to thousands online, Nick was the one who needed rebuilding. In his early 20s, lost and injured, he turned to yoga for relief. A trip to Sedona, moving and meditating each morning atop the Airport Loop, gave him clarity and purpose. He came home with a mission: help others before they are broken. Since then, Nick has earned two degrees in exercise physiology, taught thousands in person and online, and worked with clients ranging from everyday professionals to NHL players. His teaching blends biomechanics and breathwork, making movement both functional and accessible. Every class helps students move better, feel stronger, and build confidence. Nick now teaches free live yoga classes on Instagram every Sunday and coaches clients globally through his Core5 Blueprint system—empowering people of all ages to reclaim strength, mobility, and resilience one day at a time.
