About me
Marney Henze is Wellness facilitator, retreat leader, and yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training in yoga, meditation, Himalayan kundalini, and sound healing. She has taught at leading wellness resorts, guided classes at notable yoga studios and events, and has led international retreats that blend Himalayan Kundalini, asana, meditation, and sound. Her approach is both grounded and expansive, bringing in ritual, playfulness, and embodied connection. Marney’s work has taken her from Sedona to Costa Rica, where she has led retreats, sound journeys, and workshops designed to open hearts and create meaningful community. She specializes in weaving movement with stillness, combining breath, mantra, and freeform expression with restorative sound baths that leave participants both energized and deeply nourished. Her intention is to help people rediscover presence, create rituals of balance, and connect more fully with themselves and others.
