About me
Khulan Enkh is a holistic nutritionist and the founder of Amu Nutrition, a wellness brand rooted in the principle of Food as Medicine. Her work focuses on seasonal detox education, using food, herbal teas, and daily rituals to help people reconnect with digestion, hydration, and natural body rhythms. Through her 14-Day Detox practice, Khulan introduces the foundational concepts of Oriental Medicine, including seasonal alignment, digestive fire, and gentle cleansing without extremes. Over the years, she has taught more than 1,000 Mongolian Americans and 10,000 Mongolians worldwide, guiding participants to build sustainable habits rather than short-term detox fixes. Khulan’s approach blends Traditional Mongolian Medicine, Oriental Medicine, and modern nutritional education, emphasizing warmth, consistency, and culturally familiar foods. Through Amu Nutrition, she brings these teachings into everyday life, helping individuals experience detox as an educational process and a mindful wellness practice.
