Sri Shakti Abhishekam Ceremony
Friday April 24, 2026 5:30am - 7:30am MST
The Sri Shakti Abhishekam is a sacred Vedic ceremony dedicated to invoking the Divine Feminine, Shakti, the universal creative power that animates all of life. Led by Sanjay Soni, a world-renowned Vedic Astrologer and Vastu Consultant, this traditional ritual combines the ancient practices of mantra, flowers, water offerings to awaken inner radiance, balance the elements, and align participants with divine grace and prosperity.

Through sacred chanting, guided intention-setting, and the ritual bathing (abhishekam) of the goddess, this ceremony activates the energies of love, abundance, and higher wisdom. Participants are invited into a deeply meditative state, where devotion and vibration merge to dissolve obstacles and restore harmony on every level, body, mind, and soul.

Join us for this luminous sunrise ceremony to honor the Divine Mother within and around you. It is recommended to shower beforehand and refrain from eating non-vegetarian food that morning to maintain ritual purity. You may bring fruits or flowers as offerings if you wish. Prasad will be served after the ceremony.

Accessible Ashtanga - its about progress not perfection
Friday April 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MST
Experience mind-body meditation using The Tristhana Method, a central practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This holistic approach emphasizes the integration of three key elements: breath (Ujjayi Pranayama), posture (Asana), and gaze (Drishti). This method aims to cultivate a deep, meditative state by uniting these three aspects of practice, leading to a profound mind-body connection and spiritual awakening.

Breath control helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and create a rhythm for physical movements. The Tristhana Method emphasizes proper alignment within each posture, ensuring stability and the engagement of the inner body/subtle body (bandhas). Drishti is the specific point of focus for the eyes during each asana, which helps to stabilize the mind and deepen the experience of pratyahara or one-pointed focus and concentration.

By consciously coordinating these three elements, the practitioners gain outer strength and inner equanimity.

Awakening Abundance: An Introduction to the Mantras of Sri Sukta
Friday April 24, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
Authentic tantra is the living legacy of an ancient tradition that viewed life and the world as a sacred gift of the Divine. These sages dedicated their lives to seducing the forces of nature—the manifest world of matter and energy, as well as the subtle world of consciousness—and discovering tools and means of unimaginable potency, capable of granting us lasting fulfillment and the experience of the Divine within. This is the source of the Sri Sukta.

The Sri Sukta is an ancient cluster of sixteen Vedic mantras dedicated to the Divine Mother Sri. Embraced as a master practice within the tantric tradition, these awakened mantras unfold as a sacred dialogue between Jatavedas Agni, the omniscient, sacred fire, and the seer. Together, they invoke the forces of abundance, nourishment, and lasting fulfillment to walk into our lives.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore essential principles of tantric philosophy through an introduction to the mantras of the Sri Sukta. While we’ll touch on the overarching themes of all sixteen mantras, our focus will center on the ninth mantra, which embodies the indomitable power of will and the healing potential of the Divine. Participants will learn traditional call-and-response pronunciation of this mantra and engage in a guided recitation of the complete Sri Sukta, deepening both understanding and practice.

Beyond Inhale & Exhale The Breath Map Yoga Forgot :The Hidden Curriculum of Breath
Friday April 24, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
Beyond Inhale & Exhale: The Breath Map Yoga Forgot
The Hidden Curriculum of Breath

Somewhere along the way, the yoga world reduced breath to cueing inhale, exhale, and perhaps adding ujjayi.

But breath is not a technique.

It is the single most intelligent anchor inside asana. It shapes nervous system tone, pranic direction, muscular effort, mental steadiness, and subtle awareness — all before we ever touch formal pranayama.

In this deeply layered and practical session, Arundhati B invites you into the hidden curriculum of breath. You will explore:

• The six distinct qualities of breath and how each alters a student’s internal experience
• The three-layered nature of breathing — physical, energetic, and perceptual
• How breath organizes effort, stability, and expansion inside postures
• Why reducing breath to ujjayi limits both teacher and student
• How to deepen breath literacy without turning your class into a pranayama workshop

This is not about adding more technique. It is about refining perception.

If you are a teacher, you will leave with sharper tools and a radically more intelligent way to cue. If you are a practitioner, you will experience how breath alone can transform the depth of your practice.

Join Arundhati B — global yoga educator and voice behind a new movement in breath literacy — as she reshapes how we understand and teach yoga through the breath.

The Heart of Shakti - Self-Empowerment through Mantra and Yoga
Friday April 24, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
“The Heart of Shakti: Self-Empowerment through Mantra and Yoga” explores the awakening of Shakti, the primordial feminine energy that animates all of life. Through the practices of nāda yoga (the yoga of sacred sound), bhakti (devotional practice), pranayama (breath work) and gentle āsana, this class opens a space to attune to the subtle body and connect more deeply with our inner source of strength, intuition, and compassion.

Drawing on the potency of Sanskrit mantra to clear and focus the mind, you’ll be guided to use your own voice as a means for liberation and empowerment. The repetition of mantra supports pratyāhāra—a drawing inward—so that the deeper layers of feeling and awareness can arise naturally.

We’ll create a sacred space where sound, movement, and intention merge into a powerful experience of inner alignment and remembrance - what a gift it is to realize Shakti as a living, powerful presence in your own heart.

Optimize Resilience & Strength Training
Friday April 24, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
Resilience is a word that gets thrown around a lot but what I love about this word is that it implies a state of health that is adaptable to the pressures of life and allows us to be more injury resistant. The muscles get a lot of spotlight, and rightfully so, but when it comes to physical resilience the connective tissues are equally important. It’s easy enough to lift weights and increase our strength capacity at the gym but there is so much more to strength, like our functional capacity, movement efficiency, endurance, and the strength of our collagen matrix for injury resilience. After all, our muscles are only as strong as the connective tissue matrix that holds them together and allows them to transmit force. This class will investigate research-based practices that you can bring onto your mat to support your strength training. Tiffany has worked with professional athletes across the US and helped create the Nike Wellness Center programs (at Nike WHQ) and so brings a wealth of both cutting edge knowledge and depth of experience from her specialty in sports medicine over the past 30 years of her career. Whether you’re trying to enhance performance & strength, looking to help minimize injuries, or just wanting to function & feel your best this class will explore ways to train the tissues toward strength & resilience through our lifespan. This class takes a modern lens to our traditional asanas with plenty of information to help you bring the concepts home with you. All you need is some vinyasa experience, all levels are welcome.

No props needed but block & blanket would be great if available.

During this workshop, Suzanne Toro will guide you through the Art of Dreaming + Living, drawing on her 25 years of holistic wellness expertise, with a robust foundation in education that informs her approach to dreaming yoga and spiritual transformation. Her studies in Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, Dream Analysis, PTSD & Human Psychology Therapy, Meditation, Karma, Mind Training, and Self-Love, cultivated over decades, equip her to lead participants in refining objective awareness across all states of being—waking, dreaming, and sleeping—liberating karmic patterns for profound growth. Additional training in Ayurveda, Meditation, Spiritual Laws of Yoga, Tibetan Dreaming Yoga, 200-Hour Yoga Certifications with Thai Yoga Therapy (2008, 2014), Psycho-Spiritual Chinese Medicine Counseling, Medical Nutrition Therapy (Lincoln University College, Malaysia, 2022), and Theta Healing (2004), alongside her Bachelor of Science (Arizona State University, 1994), provides a comprehensive foundation to foster spiritual clarity and freedom from karmic cycles.

The Lucid Dreaming Journey, the heart of the workshop, immerses participants in lucid dreaming, sound and electromagnetic therapy, storytelling through song, pranayama, and light asana, seamlessly woven from over 30 years of yoga practice. Guided dream journeys, rooted in ancient dreaming yoga traditions, unlock the subconscious mind and biofield, cultivating heightened awareness in waking and dreaming states to release karmic imprints. Sound therapy, pranayama, and soulful storytelling through song, amplified by Sedona’s sacred energy, empower participants to navigate life’s transitions with clarity and purpose, fostering a liberated presence across all states of being.

Integration Practices ensure lasting transformation by equipping participants with practical tools to anchor dream insights in daily life. Through reflective journaling, dreaming practices, and tailored observation techniques, attendees will develop a personal practice to sustain objective awareness and spiritual growth beyond the workshop. This immersive experience invites festival participants to awaken their infinite potential in Sedona’s sacred landscape, liberating karma and refining conscious awareness in this dynamic era of transformation.

Awakening Flow: A Himalayan Kundalini & Sound Journey
Saturday April 25, 2026 6:30am - 7:45am MST
The Himalayan Kundalini Journey is a multidimensional practice designed to awaken energy, release stagnation, and invite deeper connection. Rooted in the ancient teachings of Himalayan Kundalini, the session begins with seated kriya and rhythmic breathwork to activate prana and clear energetic pathways. Guided asana and intentional movement follow, building vitality in the body and presence in the mind.

As the journey unfolds, participants are invited into a burst of freeform dance and expression: a chance to shake off heaviness, embody joy, and allow energy to flow freely. If time allows, a short moment of community connection helps anchor the sense of shared experience and presence.

The practice culminates in a restorative sound bath, weaving together singing bowls, instruments, and live vocals. This immersive soundscape grounds the body and integrates the energetic shifts of the journey, leaving participants feeling nourished, expanded, and aligned. The Himalayan Kundalini Journey is both activating and deeply restorative: an offering of presence, play, and ritual for all who attend.

How to Use Meditation to Manifest Your Dream Life with Yogi Bryan and Sol Rising
Saturday April 25, 2026 8:15am - 9:45am MST
How to Use Meditation to Manifest Your Dream Life is a masterclass that moves beyond vision boards and positive thinking into nervous system–based change. In this session, Yogi Bryan teaches how meditation can be used to access and reshape subconscious patterns that quietly determine what people allow themselves to receive.

Participants are guided through meditation practices that help regulate stress responses, interrupt self-sabotaging loops, and cultivate a felt sense of safety, worthiness, and alignment. Rather than forcing outcomes, the focus is on creating internal coherence—so the body, mind, and energy are no longer working against the life someone is trying to build.

This is an experiential session designed to be felt, not just understood. It is open to all levels and especially supportive for those who feel stuck manifesting from effort, pressure, or constant striving.

Beyond the Mat: Yoga, Leadership, and Community Care
Saturday April 25, 2026 9:00am - 10:00am MST
As yoga continues to expand globally, teachers are increasingly called to examine not just how they teach, but why. In this experiential and discussion-based session, Kate Herrera Jenkins invites participants to explore yoga as an act of service rather than performance. Drawing from her lived Indigenous experience, leadership coaching background, and over many years of teaching, Kate offers a grounded framework for teaching that centers humility, responsibility, and relationship.

The session blends gentle movement, guided inquiry, and group reflection to explore key questions facing modern yoga professionals: How do we teach from lived experience rather than borrowed narratives? What does cultural humility look like in contemporary yoga spaces? How can we move beyond aesthetic-driven practices and toward teaching that truly serves diverse communities? Participants are encouraged to reflect honestly on their role as leaders, educators, and stewards of the practice.

Designed for yoga teachers and seasoned practitioners, you'll leave with renewed clarity around your teaching purpose, tools for cultivating integrity in your offerings, and a deeper understanding of how embodied leadership on the mat can translate into meaningful service within your community.

Tuning Fork Self-Attunement & Energetic Clearing: A Nervous System Reset
Saturday April 25, 2026 9:00am - 12:00pm MST
Sound is medicine — and you can apply it to yourself. In this workshop, we explore how tuning forks deliver precise frequencies through bone, fascia, and the subtle body to release tension and support deep nervous system balance. You’ll learn the basics of resonance, frequency, and subtle-body energetics, combined with simple breathwork and gentle movement to prepare your system for sound.

Participants will then practice self-administered tuning fork attunements — placing vibration at key bony and energetic points to dissolve stagnation, reset the nervous system, and invite clarity. We close with a guided integration to maintain balance and energetic hygiene.

Harnessing Energy and Movement to Transform the Self
Saturday April 25, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MST
This session blends storytelling, yoga philosophy, and evidence-based movement science to explore how yoga and Pilates serve as vessels for resilience, recovery, and self-discovery. I’ll share how my practice carried me through a devastating trimalleolar ankle fracture—an injury that required 14 screws—and how mindful movement not only rebuilt my body but rewired my mindset. We’ll examine how yoga and Pilates literally “turn on” the body in times of injury or challenge, building new neural connections, enhancing cognition, and strengthening our ability to bounce back.

Participants will walk away with both inspiration and practical insight: how to set process and outcome goals, how intrinsic and extrinsic cues can motivate long-term change, and how consistent practice creates resilience that extends far beyond the mat. This is a talk designed for teachers and practitioners alike—anyone ready to explore how energy, movement, and mindset weave together to transform the self.

Saraswati: Key to the Treasure Trove of Tantra
Saturday April 25, 2026 1:00pm - 2:30pm MST
At the heart of the tantric tradition stands Saraswati, the radiant embodiment of knowledge, intuition, and the hidden currents of wisdom that guide every seeker. In the esoteric teachings of the Durga Saptashati, she is revealed as the gatekeeper to the vast treasury of tantra vidya, and the one who holds the key to unveiling the deeper nature of reality. Known as maha maya and yoga nidra, Saraswati illuminates the many layers of human experience, from the most ordinary to the most sublime, and shows us how to move skillfully between them.
In this transformative session, you will explore this multifaceted divinity not as a symbol, but as a living force that unlocks access to the true heart of tantra. You will also learn the meaning and practice of a rare and sacred Saraswati mantra, preserved in both the Vedic and tantric traditions, and discover how this mantra opens the doors to clarity, creativity, and inner awakening.
From this vantage point, this session expands into the wider world of tantra itself—a tradition that, for millennia, has offered a priceless trove of techniques to support and accelerate our spiritual growth. Yet today it is often overshadowed by confusion and sensationalism. Some encounter rituals, mantras, kundalini, and chakras; others become absorbed in deities and mystical practices.
Pandit Tigunait, drawing on a thousand-year lineage of tantric masters, will cut through this modern jungle of misunderstanding to reveal the rich and sublime essence of tantra. You will learn how to discern which aspects of the tantric tradition resonate most deeply with you, how to navigate common pitfalls with confidence, and how to follow a path that leads directly to inner fulfillment and true freedom.

Prāṇāyāma That Actually Works in Asana Classes
Saturday April 25, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
Simple, Intelligent Breath Practices That Actually Work

Prāṇāyāma does not need to be intimidating, esoteric, or reserved for seated workshops.

And yet, many yoga teachers either skip it entirely in asana classes or overcomplicate it to the point where students feel confused or disconnected.

This session is about practicality and discernment.

In this applied workshop, Arundhati B shares the exact prāṇāyāma practices she weaves into her movement-based classes — intelligently, safely, and with clear purpose.

You will learn:

• Which breath practices integrate naturally into asana sequences
• How to layer prāṇāyāma without disrupting class flow
• When to stimulate, when to settle, and how to read the room
• How to cue simply without diluting depth
• The difference between teaching technique and cultivating experience

This is not about adding complexity. It is about adding clarity.

Whether you are a newer teacher or seasoned educator, you will leave with practical tools you can use immediately — and a deeper confidence in guiding breath within dynamic classes.

Myofascial Release to Feel Your Best
Saturday April 25, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
o Myofascial release has been a life-changing tool for both myself and the thousands of patients, teachers, & students that I’ve worked with. It can be used for tissue resilience, pain regulation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and just feel-good embodiment to name a few. This workshop will briefly look at the what, why, & how behind these techniques then dive into protocols for the legs, hips, back, & shoulders. A great way to get a scan of what’s going on in the major areas of your body as well as a potent tool to quickly shift your experience in your body. You’ll leave with a basic understanding of how to apply this work and some areas to focus in on in your own body. No prior experience necessary. You’ll need 2 tennis balls or 2 similarly sized myofascial balls for this class.

Voices of Compassion: A Talking Circle of Connection
Saturday April 25, 2026 5:30pm - 6:45pm MST
In this experiential offering, we gather in circle — a timeless practice of equality and presence — to honor the power of listening (śravaṇa), not for the sake of being heard, but to truly seek understanding. This sacred shift — from the desire to be understood toward the intention to understand — opens a doorway to karuṇā (compassion) and sangha (community). Together, we create a container where trust (śraddhā) and presence can flourish.

The circle begins in silence, followed by an introduction to the theme of compassion and connection, including the obstacles that often prevent us from fully embodying these qualities. With the support of a talking stick passed hand to hand, participants are invited to share their reflections in turn, free of judgment, advice, or interruption. Each voice is honored, each story stands alone, and each contribution is received in collective presence — an expression of true satsang (gathering in truth).

Eva Maurice, spiritual counselor and enlightenment educator, has been guiding talking circles for over 16 years. She holds deep respect for this tradition and invites both seasoned practitioners and first-time participants to enter the circle with openness and reverence. We close with meditative silence, sealing the experience in gratitude and unity. Participants leave with a renewed sense of compassion, belonging, and the embodied wisdom that listening is itself an act of love.

Sutras to Super Consciousness: Mindset Reset using Yoga Philosophy
Saturday April 25, 2026 6:00pm - 7:30pm MST
Discover how ancient wisdom can guide modern minds toward high states of awareness. In this session, we'll explore the profound teachings of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and how they map the journey from mental turbulence to profound clarity and ultimate liberation. Through practice, you'll experience how these timeless principles can elevate your daily life, enhance focus, and awaken super-conscious states. This session blends lecture with chanting, meditation, and discussion, making it accessible to all levels.
Testimonial
I want to commend you on the energy and quality of your teaching, and how practical you are about using Sutras in real life.
Because of a sensitive work situation,  I surrounded myself with so much mental and moral cruft over the last 2 days. I had shut off from my regular mode of communication and was just processing it, and it was eating me from the inside. Your practical wisdom, your can-do attitude and the knack to make ancient sutras relevant even today made me get out of my shell, and I resolved this situation in 2 hours - right after your session! I'll have consequences, but I'll believe in the Karma bank as you correctly said.
I'm so happy I attended your class, and I will make sure I pay it forward. In the meanwhile, I thought I'd write a testimony.
Sorry again for heading out early from class.

Much love and gratitude,
Ashwin

Sound Healing and Electromagnetic Balancing
Saturday April 25, 2026 6:30pm - 8:00pm MST
Suzanne Toro, a visionary Holistic Wellness Practitioner and Sound Therapist, brings over 25 years of expertise in wellness, yoga, and energy work to this 90-minute Sound & Electromagnetic Healing Session. Her extensive training in sound therapy, Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, Ayurveda, Meditation, 200-Hour Yoga Certifications with Thai Yoga Therapy (2008, 2014), and Medical Nutrition Therapy (Lincoln University College, Malaysia, 2022) equips her to guide participants toward profound relaxation and balance. Rooted in ancient practices, her approach harmonizes the biofield, fostering inner peace and spiritual clarity in Sedona’s sacred landscape.

The core of this session immerses participants in a transformative blend of sound therapy, electromagnetic energy work, gentle asana, and pranayama, designed to release tension and restore equilibrium. Immersive sound baths, using resonant frequencies from instruments like tibetan bowls-native american wooden flutes, recalibrate the body’s energy field, while pranayama and light asana sequences, drawn from over 30 years of yoga practice, deepen breath awareness and physical ease. Set in Sedona’s sacred energy, this healing journey empowers attendees to dissolve stress and connect with their inner harmony, cultivating a radiant state of presence.

Participants will leave with practical tools to sustain the session’s benefits, integrating mindfulness and breathwork into daily life for ongoing balance and spiritual growth. Through guided relaxation and subtle energy alignment, this session fosters a renewed sense of clarity, calm and vitality. Suzanne invites festival attendees to embrace this transformative experience, harnessing Sedona’s sacred vibrations to awaken their infinite potential and thrive in this dynamic era of transformation.

Eating for Alignment: How Food Supports Your Yoga Journey
Sunday April 26, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MST
Eating for Alignment: How Food Supports Your Yoga Journey

In my practice, I use six steps to help yogis align body, mind, and soul through food and lifestyle. Over the last five years, I’ve guided more than 1,000 people with this formula, and it has proven to be a powerful foundation for wellness.

Here are the six steps we’ll explore together:

1.Know Your Body Type – discover your unique constitution and how it affects your practice.

2. Choose Supportive Lifestyle & Foods – align daily routines and meals with your energy needs.

3. Balance Digestion – strengthen the foundation of health through digestion.

4. Gentle Seasonal Detox – clear stagnation and reset the body with liver & gall bladder cleansing.

5. Balance the Five Elements – restore harmony at the cellular level after detox.

6. Make It a Habit – integrate small, lasting practices into daily life.

This session offers a comprehensive foundation—especially valuable for yoga teachers and beginners—to understand how food and seasonal practices can enhance yoga. What makes it unique is the blending of Mongolian traditional medicine, Tibetan medicine, TCM, and Ayurveda—ancient wisdom applied in a very practical way to support your yoga journey.

Revealing Pranic Awareness: A Guided Yoga and Vishoka Meditation Experience
Sunday April 26, 2026 10:30am - 11:45am MST
Prana, the dynamic power of life force expressed through the subtle face of breath, is revered as a profound yet elusive principle for modern yogis. While many are familiar with the concept, experiencing prana in a tangible, embodied way can often feel just out of reach.

In the Himalayan Tradition, cultivating pranic sensitivity through breath training and breath-aligned asana is considered a foundational skill. As this sensitivity deepens, it unfolds into a refined awareness of prana itself. This experience becomes the gateway to more advanced yogic practices, including Vishoka Meditation.

In this guided all-levels class, you’ll explore how breath training, breath-aligned asana, systematic relaxation, and foundational pranayama practices naturally awaken pranic awareness. You’ll also learn how this awareness is refined and applied through the transformative practice of Vishoka Meditation.

Healing Your Chakras & Raising Your Kundalini
Sunday April 26, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
Curious about Reiki, chakras, your aura, and how to clear and heal your energetic body? This workshop is a powerful journey through the **subtle body** — the energetic system that mirrors and influences our physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Just as the spine carries nerve impulses, the subtle channel *sushumna* carries prana, or life force, through spinning centers of energy known as chakras. When these centers are blocked, imbalance and illness can arise. By learning to balance and realign the chakras, we return to our natural frequencies of peace, vitality, and joy.

Through a blend of **asana, breathwork, visualization, and mantra**, Debbie Dixon — author, healer, and intuitive life coach — will guide you to recognize imbalance, clear blocked energy, and awaken the flow of prana. Expect to move, breathe, and experience the deep relationship between yoga and the chakras, while gaining tools to elevate consciousness and reconnect with your true essence.

**What to expect:**
- Learn to recognize and realign energetic imbalances
- Explore pranayama practices to heal and clear blocked energy
- Experience the unity of body, mind, and spirit through movement and meditation

✨ *This workshop is an invitation to peel away layers of separation, reconnect with your higher self, and discover that you are not at the mercy of fear, illness, or limitation — but capable of elevating your consciousness through breath, energy, and awareness.*

Katonah Yoga®: Foundational Practice
Sunday April 26, 2026 3:30pm - 5:00pm MST
Join us for a 90-minute Katonah Yoga® practice—a blend of breath work, geometry, and imagination designed to realign body and mind. Rooted in classical Hatha postures and informed by Taoist philosophy, Katonah Yoga views the body as the abode and the mind as its inhabitant. Through informed structure, hands-on adjustments, and intentional breath, you’ll reorganize patterns in the body to create more space, stability, and self-awareness. This is yoga as origami—folding and unfolding yourself into greater dimension and possibility.

This class offers a grounded yet transformative experience, weaving metaphor, breath, and form into a practical pathway toward wholeness. You’ll leave feeling balanced, renewed, and inspired—equipped with tools to carry clarity and ease into everyday life. Suitable for all levels, this class welcomes both curious beginners and seasoned practitioners ready to explore yoga as a living map of body and soul.
