Accessible Ashtanga - its about progress not perfection
Friday April 24, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MST
Experience mind-body meditation using The Tristhana Method, a central practice in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This holistic approach emphasizes the integration of three key elements: breath (Ujjayi Pranayama), posture (Asana), and gaze (Drishti). This method aims to cultivate a deep, meditative state by uniting these three aspects of practice, leading to a profound mind-body connection and spiritual awakening.

Breath control helps regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and create a rhythm for physical movements. The Tristhana Method emphasizes proper alignment within each posture, ensuring stability and the engagement of the inner body/subtle body (bandhas). Drishti is the specific point of focus for the eyes during each asana, which helps to stabilize the mind and deepen the experience of pratyahara or one-pointed focus and concentration.

By consciously coordinating these three elements, the practitioners gain outer strength and inner equanimity.

Master the Nervous System, Master Your Life
Friday April 24, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
Master the Nervous System, Master Your Life is the culmination of my life's experience and work. It utilizes polyvagal theory, breathwork, and yogic knowledge to take control of ones life. What sets this apart is the practical application work and integration that takes place.

Part 1 is the basics of the Nervous System, going deeper than just Fight or Flight/Rest and Digest. We start with the basics and move into Polyvagal Theory. Breaking the nervous system down into 3 parts, ventral, sympathetic, and dorsal. Ventral Vagal means safe and social. In this section we describe the benefits, symptoms, and how to shift into this system. We also learn about play in this section as well. Then we do the same for sympathetic, and dorsal.

Part 2 is how to shift in and out of each state. Utilizing the symptoms from part 1, we learn what state we are in. Next, we dive into how to shift between them, all the levers we can pull, and why a flexible nervous system is better than an optimized one.

Part 3 is YogaLand. This is where we bring parts 1 and 2 into the yoga space utilizing the elements and maha gunas. We apply the elements and sattva, rajas, tamas to polyvagal theory, the breath, and more. Finally, we practice and integrate. Utilizing scenarios, participants create programs for themselves and for example "clients".

Bends, Beats & Brainspotting: A Workshop for Nervous System Embodiment
Friday April 24, 2026 3:30pm - 5:00pm MST
This immersive workshop blends three powerful modalities—Yin Yoga, binaural sound, and Brainspotting—to guide you into deeper states of rest, release, and renewal.

Through the long, supported postures of Yin Yoga, you’ll soften into stillness and open subtle pathways in the body. Layered with the soothing frequencies of binaural beats, your nervous system is gently invited into balance, supporting a meditative and restorative inner state. Complementing these practices, Brainspotting offers a simple yet profound way of accessing the body’s innate wisdom, helping to release held patterns and invite emotional integration.

Together, these practices create a container for slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and experiencing nervous system embodiment in a safe and supported way. Whether you are seeking relaxation, inner clarity, or a deeper mind-body connection, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to journey inward for nervous system embodiment.

Saturday April 25, 2026 10:30am - 12:30pm MST

This workshop, led by Tamika Caston-Miller, is a sanctuary for social justice-centered practitioners to move beyond the aesthetic of wellness and into the tools of rest and release.

We will dismantle the barriers to wellness by examining the role of the Trifecta of Belief, practicing processes of somatic noticing, learning how to "call in" the energy needed to sustain community tending without burning out. This is yoga as a tool for sustainable, collective liberation.

Participants will:

Enjoy interactive discourse on democratizing the Practice, and how to move away from exclusionary wellness imagery toward a practice that is "for everyone".

Learn about the Science of Self-Efficacy, and understand how our belief in our own capacity is bolstered by role modeling and community.

Practice Somatic Processing for Activism; utilize the Move → Notice → Pause cycle to process the emotional toll of our work.

Implementing a scalable "Rest Practice Integration" toolkit that fits into a life of service

Healing the Inner Child: An Interactive Journey
Saturday April 25, 2026 3:00pm - 4:30pm MST
Inner Child Healing: An Interactive Journey is a hands-on workshop that invites participants to reconnect with and heal their inner child. Uri creates a safe ceremonial space for participants to gently uncover and transform the hidden wounds, emotional imprints, and forgotten parts of themselves that continue to influence their lives today.
Through regression practices, participants are guided to revisit early experiences with compassion, reframe limiting patterns, and reclaim aspects of their true essence. The Family Conscious Tree is introduced as a tool to reveal ancestral dynamics and generational influences, allowing participants to see how healing extends beyond the self into family lineage. In addition, partner exercises provide opportunities to be witnessed, practice trust, and experience the power of healing in community.
This interactive experience offers more than release — it opens the door to innocence, playfulness, and authentic self-expression. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of compassion for themselves, greater understanding of their ancestral and emotional patterns, and practical ways to continue nurturing their inner child in daily life.

Voices of Compassion: A Talking Circle of Connection
Saturday April 25, 2026 5:30pm - 6:45pm MST
In this experiential offering, we gather in circle — a timeless practice of equality and presence — to honor the power of listening (śravaṇa), not for the sake of being heard, but to truly seek understanding. This sacred shift — from the desire to be understood toward the intention to understand — opens a doorway to karuṇā (compassion) and sangha (community). Together, we create a container where trust (śraddhā) and presence can flourish.

The circle begins in silence, followed by an introduction to the theme of compassion and connection, including the obstacles that often prevent us from fully embodying these qualities. With the support of a talking stick passed hand to hand, participants are invited to share their reflections in turn, free of judgment, advice, or interruption. Each voice is honored, each story stands alone, and each contribution is received in collective presence — an expression of true satsang (gathering in truth).

Eva Maurice, spiritual counselor and enlightenment educator, has been guiding talking circles for over 16 years. She holds deep respect for this tradition and invites both seasoned practitioners and first-time participants to enter the circle with openness and reverence. We close with meditative silence, sealing the experience in gratitude and unity. Participants leave with a renewed sense of compassion, belonging, and the embodied wisdom that listening is itself an act of love.

Break Free: 5 Sacred Ways to Overcome Anxiety, Trauma, and Fear
Sunday April 26, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MST
This immersive lecture explores five transformative practices that draw from both ancient traditions and modern healing modalities. Uri Lee weaves together sacred breathwork, inner child healing, symbolic activation, herbal and superfood wisdom, and chi gong to provide participants with a multidimensional approach to releasing trauma and cultivating resilience. By blending timeless practices with integrative, cutting-edge methods, she creates a pathway for emotional, physical, and spiritual renewal.
Participants will be guided to understand how sacred breathwork calms the nervous system and opens the body to healing, while inner child healing therapy addresses the root of emotional wounds and unresolved trauma. Through symbolic activation, glyphs and archetypes become tools to re-pattern limiting beliefs and awaken coherence. Uri also introduces the healing potential of herbs and superfoods, showing how plant intelligence supports vitality and balance on a cellular level. Finally, gentle chi gong practices help release stagnant energy, restore flow, and ground participants in their bodies.
Together, these five pathways form a holistic system for overcoming anxiety, trauma, and fear. Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately integrate into daily life — not only to restore balance and release stored imprints, but also to step into greater resilience, empowerment, and inner harmony.
