Optimize Resilience & Strength Training
Friday April 24, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
Resilience is a word that gets thrown around a lot but what I love about this word is that it implies a state of health that is adaptable to the pressures of life and allows us to be more injury resistant. The muscles get a lot of spotlight, and rightfully so, but when it comes to physical resilience the connective tissues are equally important. It’s easy enough to lift weights and increase our strength capacity at the gym but there is so much more to strength, like our functional capacity, movement efficiency, endurance, and the strength of our collagen matrix for injury resilience. After all, our muscles are only as strong as the connective tissue matrix that holds them together and allows them to transmit force. This class will investigate research-based practices that you can bring onto your mat to support your strength training. Tiffany has worked with professional athletes across the US and helped create the Nike Wellness Center programs (at Nike WHQ) and so brings a wealth of both cutting edge knowledge and depth of experience from her specialty in sports medicine over the past 30 years of her career. Whether you’re trying to enhance performance & strength, looking to help minimize injuries, or just wanting to function & feel your best this class will explore ways to train the tissues toward strength & resilience through our lifespan. This class takes a modern lens to our traditional asanas with plenty of information to help you bring the concepts home with you. All you need is some vinyasa experience, all levels are welcome.

No props needed but block & blanket would be great if available.

Concert: Sound of Light Experience
Friday April 24, 2026 7:30pm - 9:30pm MST
Merging ancient mantra, storytelling with the contemporary. The Inner Fire creates a living tapestry of vibration that speaks to the soul’s deepest knowing. Each piece unfolds like a ritual bringing forth the power of voice to elemental frequencies guiding the listener into states of expansion, tenderness, and inner awakening. The experience becomes a sanctuary: a place to release, to feel, and to remember the radiance that burns quietly beneath the surface of our daily lives. The Inner Fire is at once intimate and vast, a devotional offering and a luminous journey inward.

Myofascial Release to Feel Your Best
Saturday April 25, 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm MST
o Myofascial release has been a life-changing tool for both myself and the thousands of patients, teachers, & students that I’ve worked with. It can be used for tissue resilience, pain regulation, recovery, nervous system regulation, and just feel-good embodiment to name a few. This workshop will briefly look at the what, why, & how behind these techniques then dive into protocols for the legs, hips, back, & shoulders. A great way to get a scan of what’s going on in the major areas of your body as well as a potent tool to quickly shift your experience in your body. You’ll leave with a basic understanding of how to apply this work and some areas to focus in on in your own body. No prior experience necessary. You’ll need 2 tennis balls or 2 similarly sized myofascial balls for this class.

o Props: must have 2 balls of the same size to participate (tennis balls are great or close to that size), would love a block & blanket too if available, I just need to know ahead of time what will be available.

Therapeutic Yoga for Rest
Saturday April 25, 2026 3:30pm - 4:30pm MST
Our stress levels are higher than ever, we are exhausted, and the quality of our sleep is at stake. In these challenging times, a country in crisis, financial and global instability, activism fatigue and a general “feeling off”, fatigue is a stress build up that makes us lose hope. Therapeutic Yoga for Rest is the “calling community in" we all need.

In this offering, Pamela will review how the overwhelm so many of us are experiencing can contribute to mental health challenges and exhaustion, and she'll offer yoga practices to decrease our collective tension and support our ability to rest and relax.

Participants will learn more about the root causes of fatigue, how lifestyle impacts all of it and how diet, yoga, meditation and other yoga techniques can help. We will explore evidence-based yoga tools to combat stress and fatigue, as well as regulate the nervous system and activate the vagus nerve.

Back Bending & Upper Body Flexibility
Saturday April 25, 2026 3:30pm - 5:30pm MST
Experience the transformative power of backbending and upper body flexibility in this comprehensive workshop designed for all levels. Participants will explore a step-by-step approach to safely open the shoulders, chest, spine, and upper back, gradually moving from gentle preparatory stretches to more advanced backbending poses. The session emphasizes proper alignment, mindful movement, and controlled breathing to ensure that every posture is performed safely and effectively, minimizing the risk of injury while maximizing mobility and strength.

The workshop focuses on technique, body awareness, and strength-building, helping practitioners understand the mechanics behind each movement. Participants will receive guidance on modifications and variations suited to their body type and experience level. Hands-on adjustments and partner support will be offered for those who are comfortable, allowing deeper engagement and more effective results.

By the end of the session, attendees will gain a structured upper body and backbending routine they can incorporate into their personal practice. This workshop not only improves flexibility and posture but also enhances energy flow, builds confidence, and creates a stronger, more open, and resilient upper body. Whether your goal is to deepen your yoga practice, enhance athletic performance, or simply feel freer in your body, this session provides practical tools for lasting results.

Yoga, Brain Health, & Glymphatics!
Sunday April 26, 2026 8:00am - 10:00am MST
Ever wonder how yoga can support cognitive function? Perhaps you’ve sensed it already and wondered how it works, or maybe you’re looking to get more out of your practice to support your brain? This class looks at how your glymphatic system, the lymphatic or waste clearance system in your brain, supports brain health and how yoga can support that. We’ll start with a short lecture then we'll look at practices supported by both scientific research & clinical experience to enhance the glymphatic clearance system in the brain. This will be an all-levels practice for those with a basic understanding of yoga.

Release Your Fucks Workshop
Sunday April 26, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
Release Your Fucks is an experiential workshop focused on clearing emotional blocks and reconnecting with what truly matters. In this session, Yogi Bryan guides participants through journaling, reflection, and multiple meditation practices designed to help release internal resistance, quiet mental noise, and create space for greater clarity and alignment.

Rather than focusing on theory alone, this workshop emphasizes direct experience. Participants are introduced to practical tools they can return to again and again—tools that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and intentional change. No prior meditation experience is required. The workshop is open to anyone who feels called to work on themselves and is ready to engage honestly with their inner landscape.
