About me
Jennifer is a yoga, meditation and ballet teacher, and a former professional ballet dancer of 25 years.
Her devotion to her personal growth and physical wellbeing led her to explore the depths of yoga and complete trainings in Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Radiant Body Yoga and Kirtan, along with master trainings in India under the guidance of Kia Miller and Anand Mehrotra that combine aspects of Hatha, Kundalini, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Bhakti, and Tantric practices.
Jennifer likes to bring her passion for dance into her classes with a challenging, creative, and fluid approach focusing on flexibility, strength, balance, and moving with the breath. She combines various techniques within each class to challenge the mind and body, and create a balanced, healing, and transformational experience.
Her uplifting positive energy and powerful teachings give you the strength to go beyond what you thought was possible. Her goal is to encourage everyone to find their own inner strength and peace, to continue growing and moving forward in life, and to live through the eyes of love.
