Tap into your inner child, have fun, and connect with community in this playful acro yoga foundations workshop—blending acro, partner yoga, and group asana. (And yes—there will be time for those pose-worthy photos on the red rocks!)
We’ll begin with a short, moderate hike to the base of Cathedral Rock vortex, where we’ll start with partner and group-based practices designed to build trust, connection, and clear communication.
Expect a mix of movement, laughter, and meaningful connection.
From there, we’ll ease into beginner-friendly acro yoga, exploring foundational L-basing and poses like Bird, Whale, and Chair—with optional progressions for those ready to expand. Everything is offered at a pace that feels safe, supported, and approachable—even if it’s your first time!
You’ll have the chance to try basing, flying, and spotting, so you can experience all sides of the practice and build confidence along the way.
No experience needed—just come ready to play, explore, and try something new.
If you’ve practiced before, come connect and co-create with others in the community!
All are welcome!
