2026 Sedona Yoga Festival

Step into the sacred vortex energy of Sedona and remember the song within you. Held at the breathtaking Yavapai Vista, this immersive ceremony with Sasha Starseed weaves together gentle qigong, breathwork, and intuitive sound healing to open the body, clear stagnant energy, and awaken your authentic voice. As we move, breathe, and sound together, you’ll be guided to release self-consciousness, shame  and reconnect with your natural expression. This is not about singing “perfectly”- it’s about remembering that your voice is medicine. In this ceremonial space, we will attune to the frequencies of the land, allowing our voices to harmonize with Sedona’s ancient energy and the songlines that move through the Earth. Requirements & Preparation: Mobility & fitness level: All participants must be capable of hiking 2-3 miles on uneven surfaces as well as navigate various gradients of terrain without the assistance of a walking aid or third party. Each participant must maintain a current health level that is conducive to hiking at 4000 + elevation without jeopardizing the safety of self or others.
