In this guided experience, you will be led through a visualization meditation that awakens and harmonizes the body’s energy centers through the essence of plants and flowers—each one carrying its own frequency, color, and medicine. Through breath, imagery, and affirmations, we will gently open the channels of the body, inviting clarity, grounding, and radiance. From this rooted space, we transition into a slow, Pilates embodiment flow designed to integrate and anchor these energetic shifts into the physical body. Movements are mindful, fluid, and accessible, supporting strength, stability and grace. We will close by connecting with the sacred land of Sedona, inviting its red rock energy to support integration, presence, and deep remembrance. This class is for anyone seeking a balance of stillness and movement, spirit and body, grounding and expansion.
Requirements & Preparation: Mobility & fitness level: All participants must be capable of hiking 2-3 miles on uneven surfaces as well as navigate various gradients of terrain without the assistance of a walking aid or third party. Each participant must maintain a current health level that is conducive to hiking at 4000 + elevation without jeopardizing the safety of self or others.
