Experience the transformative power of backbending and upper body flexibility in this comprehensive workshop designed for all levels. Participants will explore a step-by-step approach to safely open the shoulders, chest, spine, and upper back, gradually moving from gentle preparatory stretches to more advanced backbending poses. The session emphasizes proper alignment, mindful movement, and controlled breathing to ensure that every posture is performed safely and effectively, minimizing the risk of injury while maximizing mobility and strength.

The workshop focuses on technique, body awareness, and strength-building, helping practitioners understand the mechanics behind each movement. Participants will receive guidance on modifications and variations suited to their body type and experience level. Hands-on adjustments and partner support will be offered for those who are comfortable, allowing deeper engagement and more effective results.
