Rooted in the heart of the yoga tradition, Vishoka Meditation is an ancient practice thoughtfully distilled for the modern practitioner. Grounded in the teachings of the Yoga Sutra and the Lotus Sutra, and informed by the lived wisdom of sages such as Kapila, Patanjali, and Buddha, Vishoka Meditation offers a complete system of practice enriched by a deep philosophical foundation and expansive worldview.

This timeless meditation practice unites body, breath, and mind to awaken a profound state of self-awareness which is subtle yet unmistakably real. Through the skillful integration of breath training, breath-aligned asana, systematic relaxation, and meditative pranayama, Vishoka Meditation reveals a luminous state of consciousness that expresses our innate joy.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the core principles and techniques of the Vishoka Meditation system through a dynamic blend of lecture, guided practice, and Q&A offering both insight and direct experience.
