Sunday April 26, 2026 6:30am - 7:45am MST
Drawing on traditional stories of Hanuman from the great India epic the Ramayana, we will learn of his devotion to Ram and Sita and much more. He has much to teach us about love, service, skillful means, understanding our strengths and gifts, and being a yogi. As we explore some delightful stories about Hanuman, we’ll consider what they teach us about our lives as yogis.

We will enjoy some playful yoga asana, including some poses which take his name in a safe and aligned way. Options for different levels of practitioners will be provided. Join us as we celebrate this consummate yogi and what he can teach us about our own path of yoga.
