About me
Kim Sieb is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher who brings a playful, heart-centered approach to movement, connection, and community. She is all about creating spaces where people can come together, build trust, laugh, play, and shift perspectives while hanging upside down.
Her teaching weaves together partner and acro yoga, offering experiences that invite communication, collaboration, and a sense of lightness. Known for her warm and approachable style, Kim guides students in stepping outside their comfort zones in a way that feels supportive, safe, and genuinely fun.
Whether it’s learning to fly, exploring new ways of moving together, or stepping outside a comfort zone, her classes are designed to be accessible to all levels. She emphasizes clear communication, trust-building, and creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and free to explore.
Kim’s work is rooted in the belief that growth and connection can be both meaningful and playful—and that sometimes the most powerful shifts happen when we allow ourselves to try something new and not take it all too seriously!
