On the Land: Traditional Vinyasa Flow
Rooted in the wisdom of traditional practices, this session honors both structure and fluidity. We will begin by creating a safe, supportive space for collective meditation in the stunning environment of the early morning.
Guided with clarity and simplicity, each transition and pose becomes an opportunity to reconnect through mindful awareness. Moving with presence, we will explore the beauty of allowing breath and body to flow in harmony.
The subtle incorporation of mudras enriches the practice, inviting a deeper layer of intention and embodiment.
Throughout the session, there is a genuine invitation to arrive into a sense of union with self and the world around us.
This class is accessible and enjoyable for all levels of experience.

Requirements & Preparation: Mobility & fitness level: All participants must be capable of hiking 2-3 miles on uneven surfaces as well as navigate various gradients of terrain without the assistance of a walking aid or third party. Each participant must maintain a current health level that is conducive to hiking at 4000 + elevation without jeopardizing the safety of self or others.
