In my practice, I use six steps to help yogis align body, mind, and soul through food and lifestyle. Over the last five years, I’ve guided more than 1,000 people with this formula, and it has proven to be a powerful foundation for wellness.

Here are the six steps we’ll explore together:

1.Know Your Body Type – discover your unique constitution and how it affects your practice.

2. Choose Supportive Lifestyle & Foods – align daily routines and meals with your energy needs.

3. Balance Digestion – strengthen the foundation of health through digestion.

4. Gentle Seasonal Detox – clear stagnation and reset the body with liver & gall bladder cleansing.

5. Balance the Five Elements – restore harmony at the cellular level after detox.

6. Make It a Habit – integrate small, lasting practices into daily life.

This session offers a comprehensive foundation—especially valuable for yoga teachers and beginners—to understand how food and seasonal practices can enhance yoga. What makes it unique is the blending of Mongolian traditional medicine, Tibetan medicine, TCM, and Ayurveda—ancient wisdom applied in a very practical way to support your yoga journey.
