How to Use Meditation to Manifest Your Dream Life is a masterclass that moves beyond vision boards and positive thinking into nervous system–based change. In this session, Yogi Bryan teaches how meditation can be used to access and reshape subconscious patterns that quietly determine what people allow themselves to receive.
Participants are guided through meditation practices that help regulate stress responses, interrupt self-sabotaging loops, and cultivate a felt sense of safety, worthiness, and alignment. Rather than forcing outcomes, the focus is on creating internal coherence—so the body, mind, and energy are no longer working against the life someone is trying to build.
This is an experiential session designed to be felt, not just understood. It is open to all levels and especially supportive for those who feel stuck manifesting from effort, pressure, or constant striving.
