Harnessing Energy and Movement to Transform the Self
Saturday April 25, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am MST
This session blends storytelling, yoga philosophy, and evidence-based movement science to explore how yoga and Pilates serve as vessels for resilience, recovery, and self-discovery. I’ll share how my practice carried me through a devastating trimalleolar ankle fracture—an injury that required 14 screws—and how mindful movement not only rebuilt my body but rewired my mindset. We’ll examine how yoga and Pilates literally “turn on” the body in times of injury or challenge, building new neural connections, enhancing cognition, and strengthening our ability to bounce back.

Participants will walk away with both inspiration and practical insight: how to set process and outcome goals, how intrinsic and extrinsic cues can motivate long-term change, and how consistent practice creates resilience that extends far beyond the mat. This is a talk designed for teachers and practitioners alike—anyone ready to explore how energy, movement, and mindset weave together to transform the self.

Form & Formless: Yogic Deities & Enlightenment
Saturday April 25, 2026 10:30am - 12:00pm MST
Join renowned storyteller, COMEDIAN and Vedanta scholar Manoj Chalam for a captivating journey into the heart of Yogic symbolism, where ancient deities become living archetypes and gateways to self-realization.
In this immersive talk, Manoj uses sacred statues (Murtis) of Hindu and Buddhist deities—like Ganesh, Lakshmi, Shiva, Buddha, and Tara—to illuminate the path of enlightenment. Through myth, humor, and deep insight, he reveals how these divine forms represent aspects of our own psyche and spiritual evolution.
Expect to explore:
  •  The difference between form and formless in Yogic and Vedantic philosophy
  •  How to discover your Isthadevata—your personal deity archetype
  •  Five practical ways to work with deity archetypes for spiritual growth
  •  A blend of science, psychotherapy, and mythology to make ancient wisdom accessible
Whether you're a seeker, a yogi, or simply curious about the deeper meaning behind sacred symbols, this talk offers profound tools for awakening, healing, and connecting with the divine within.
Come with an open heart. Leave with a deeper understanding of your Self.

Saraswati: Key to the Treasure Trove of Tantra
Saturday April 25, 2026 1:00pm - 2:30pm MST
At the heart of the tantric tradition stands Saraswati, the radiant embodiment of knowledge, intuition, and the hidden currents of wisdom that guide every seeker. In the esoteric teachings of the Durga Saptashati, she is revealed as the gatekeeper to the vast treasury of tantra vidya, and the one who holds the key to unveiling the deeper nature of reality. Known as maha maya and yoga nidra, Saraswati illuminates the many layers of human experience, from the most ordinary to the most sublime, and shows us how to move skillfully between them.
In this transformative session, you will explore this multifaceted divinity not as a symbol, but as a living force that unlocks access to the true heart of tantra. You will also learn the meaning and practice of a rare and sacred Saraswati mantra, preserved in both the Vedic and tantric traditions, and discover how this mantra opens the doors to clarity, creativity, and inner awakening.
From this vantage point, this session expands into the wider world of tantra itself—a tradition that, for millennia, has offered a priceless trove of techniques to support and accelerate our spiritual growth. Yet today it is often overshadowed by confusion and sensationalism. Some encounter rituals, mantras, kundalini, and chakras; others become absorbed in deities and mystical practices.
Pandit Tigunait, drawing on a thousand-year lineage of tantric masters, will cut through this modern jungle of misunderstanding to reveal the rich and sublime essence of tantra. You will learn how to discern which aspects of the tantric tradition resonate most deeply with you, how to navigate common pitfalls with confidence, and how to follow a path that leads directly to inner fulfillment and true freedom.

Testimonial
I want to commend you on the energy and quality of your teaching, and how practical you are about using Sutras in real life.
Because of a sensitive work situation,  I surrounded myself with so much mental and moral cruft over the last 2 days. I had shut off from my regular mode of communication and was just processing it, and it was eating me from the inside. Your practical wisdom, your can-do attitude and the knack to make ancient sutras relevant even today made me get out of my shell, and I resolved this situation in 2 hours - right after your session! I'll have consequences, but I'll believe in the Karma bank as you correctly said.
I'm so happy I attended your class, and I will make sure I pay it forward. In the meanwhile, I thought I'd write a testimony.
Sorry again for heading out early from class.

Much love and gratitude,
Ashwin
